RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Dryft Club, we take pride in the quality of every piece we put out. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags are intact
  • The item is in its original packaging

Items that are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or made-to-order pieces

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at dryftstudio.in@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Reason for return
  3. Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

We'll respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at dryftstudio.in@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery
  2. Shipping charges for exchanges are borne by the customer — both return shipping and re-delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your call.


Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
